Servers speak out against proposal to end tips in NY

I visited local restaurants in Syracuse, where some employees said this proposal is not in their best interests. Right now, the idea is still in the early phases. The State Department of Labor will be holding public hearings to gather input – the first one is in Syracuse on March 12th.
